OUR STORY
CGI Pros was established back in January 2018, however the team behind the scenes have over 30 years’ 3D Visualisation experience.
Our highly skilled in-house design team consists of some extremely talented 3D Visualisers, who all have the experience and dedication to provide something out of this world, most of the time from just a single site plan or elevation drawing. Their passion really does shine through in their work.

CGI 5-Step Process
Step 1 | Planning
All details and specification along with any files we may need are gathered from you, allowing us to put together a full design brief, making sure nothing is missed.
Step 2 | Brief
A full, detailed design brief is created by us which will include all information for the project. This is then sent to you for sign-off before the project can begin.
3 – Design
Once the brief has been signed off by you, the modelling work can start, followed by texturing, lighting, detailing and the setting up of the camera angles. Once our visualiser is happy with the way they are looking, the low-resolution 1st drafts are issued.
Step 4 | Review
1st drafts are received by you and reviewed accordingly. Any amends you require are then made by our in-house team, and revised images and/or animations are re-issued.
Step 5 | Rendering
Once you are happy with the images and/or animations, we will then proceed to the high-resolution rendering. The remaining 50% is now due for payment at this stage. Please note rendering times vary between projects and can take up to two weeks for animations. Once rendering has completed and final payment has been received, the final HR versions are then issued.
