When any development CGI's are created, each variation of home featured will need to be modelled. We have a model library of homes which can be included free of charge, click here to see our current list.
However if a home isn't featured in the library or it's a new or bespoke home, this will require modelling from scratch. If having an Aerial CGI this is incorporated into the price, however if no Aerial is required, there is an extra change for the modelling process. Pricing is as per the dropdown menu below.
